All bookings are an agreement between Yorkshire Beauty Academy and yourself. These terms and conditions apply to purchasing online course, classroom course or course kit.

Course places are allocated on a first come first served basis. Occasionally due to different booking systems the course may become oversubscribed. On this occasion a new course date or full refund would be offered. Course places are not secured until paid in full (or deposit paid depending on the course booked)..

We do not keep your payment details or any other personal details other than the minimum needed to process your order including an address to send your order to.

We do not share any of your details with 3rd parties.

Certificates are issued in the name in which you booked the course under.

We are committed to protecting any personal information we have about you. We will always give you the option to not receive marketing communication from us and we will never send you unsolicited "Junk" email or communications. We will not share your data nor will we sell your data to any 3rd party but we do work closely with selected partners in order to offer you the best products and services that you request from us.The contents of this statement may vary from time to time so please check back regularly.
